Events Bookings
The club is happy to host your group for a private curling event! Below is some information on what we offer with private curling events and how the process works.

- Private sessions are 90 minutes and can be any size from 4-8 curlers, up to 40+
- Your private session will be staffed by BLCC instructors who will teach you the game of curling, no experience necessary!
- Optional beer, bottled water and catered food are available through Duck Island, the rink's onsite cafe.
- You will need to complete up to three separate bookings for your private event, one with BLCC which covers our curling instructors and curling equipment, another with the rink which covers the ice time, and an optional third agreement with Duck Island if you would like to like to add food & drinks. BLCC can put you in touch with the rink and cafe to complete their bookings.
- We require a 50% deposit in order to hold a booking date for you. The full amount is due one week ahead of your event. We cannot refund deposits if there is less than 30 days until your event.
